Arrest Records in Cedar County

The public may request an adult's Nebraska public RAP for $30. It is based on name, date of birth, and Nebraska fingerprint events. Online results remain available for 14 days, and additional research can take up to three business days. A no-record response may reflect missing fingerprints, statutory removal, incomplete transmission, or no match.

Recent Cedar County Bookings

Active investigations, juvenile information, protected victim details, and statutory exceptions may be withheld or redacted under the Nebraska Public Records Act. In a pending case, a represented defendant receives police evidence through counsel, motion, and a signed court order. Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-3523 removes specified no-charge, diversion, dismissal, acquittal, pardon, and set-aside information from ordinary public criminal-history dissemination under its terms. Juvenile arrests are outside the adult public NSP product. A local incident or booking request still requires the relevant custodian's access analysis.
